1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickWin Casino, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

One account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.

3. Welcome Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus (100% first deposit match up to CA$200) is subject to the following conditions:

4. General Bonus Rules

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with notice. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting game mechanics specifically to reduce wagering contribution risk, colluding with other players, or creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit: CA$20. Minimum withdrawal: CA$20. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal. Withdrawal times vary by method (see our payment page). We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: using the platform for money laundering; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to gain advantage; sharing account access with any other person; making deposits with fraudulent payment methods; chargebacks on deposits from which winnings have been withdrawn; and any activity that circumvents our bonus terms or wagering requirements.

7. Account Closures

We may suspend or close accounts and withhold funds in cases of: identity fraud; AML compliance obligations; bonus abuse; violation of these terms; or at our sole discretion with reasonable cause. Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Active bonus balances are forfeited on account closure; real money balances are refunded within 10 business days subject to KYC completion.

8. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to responsible gambling. We offer deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible in Account Settings. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months. We reserve the right to implement protective measures for accounts showing signs of problem gambling behaviour. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao and the terms of our eGaming licence. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Curaçao courts, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Players in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
